Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.adam-seo.com and engagement with Adam SEO's consulting services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or engaging Adam SEO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Services

Adam SEO provides SEO consulting services including Local SEO, E-commerce SEO, AEO / GEO, Technical SEO, and related offerings. Specific deliverables are defined in a separate engagement agreement signed by both parties.

3. No ranking guarantees

SEO involves third-party algorithms (Google, answer engines) that we do not control. We do not guarantee specific keyword rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. We do guarantee delivery of the documented services and methodology described in our engagement agreements.

4. Payment terms

Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment terms are net 14 days unless otherwise agreed in the engagement contract. Late payments may result in pause of service delivery.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days' written notice after the minimum 6-month engagement period has been completed. Early termination terms are defined in each engagement contract.

6. Intellectual property

Content, methodologies, and deliverables produced as part of a paid engagement become client property upon full payment, except for Adam SEO's proprietary framework methodology (4-Stage / 9-Step), internal tools, and template assets.

7. Limitation of liability

Adam SEO's liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
